Your Options

Choose from one of our three pricing options, or if you have something else in mind why not get in touch and we’ll build something together. Don’t forget, sessions are always one-to-one (unless you have specifically requested group training) and a minimum of one hour long, whether you choose the entry-level “Sprint Deal”, the “Middle-Distance Deal” or the “Marathon Deal” – the only difference is the services included.

Training takes place wherever you feel most comfortable, whether it is in your favourite gym, a park nearby or even your own home. Any travel expenses are included in the price (within reason) and I will provide any and all equipment. If you would like to train in a country club gym environment without paying a monthly membership I can arrange this for a minute extra cost. The choice is all yours!

“Sprint Deal” – £30 per session

Entry level personal training. Fun-packed training sessions geared towards your goals.

• 1-2-1 exercise sessions, 1 hour minimum
• Periodic fitness Testing
• Also available as group sessions

 

“Middle-Distance Deal” – £35 per session
A lot of bang for your buck! You can’t take your trainer home with you, but you can take professional training in the form of a personalised workout programme.

• 1-2-1 exercise sessions, 1 hour minimum
• Periodic fitness Testing
• An at-home programme to follow
• Also available as group sessions

 

“Marathon Deal” – £47 per session
The full works! Everything you could want from personal training and more; whatever your sport or goals, we will cover all bases to ensure the best results.

• 1-2-1 exercise sessions, 1 hour minimum
• Periodic fitness testing
• An at-home programme to follow
• Psychometric Analysis
• Nutritional Analysis and Dietary Guide for weight loss or a sporting event

 

Group Exercise Classes (bootcamp and boxing fitness) – £4 per person, £3 each if you bring a friend.
